Hey y’all

I’m Stephanie

So glad you’re here! I’m a Balanced Body certified Pilates trainer in Nashville, TN.  I’m the Comm Manager and a teacher at Simply Balanced – Nashville’s premier Pilates Equipment Studio. I’m trained to work with a wide range of injuries and have experience working with all levels.

Movement is my passion and I want to share it with you! I have been working as a trainer for five years and have taught Pilates Equipment, Mat, Barre, TRX, Spin, and Ballet. I’m a former professional dancer with New Mexico Ballet Company and Nashville Ballet and hold a B.A. with honors from the University of New Mexico.
